First Tricycle!

I was a little late, but I bought Jackson a tricycle for his first birthday. It converts from having a grown up push and steer, to him pedaling and steering on his own in a year or two. He was very excited to help me put it together and get outside and ride.

Monday

The Niners didn't win last night, but we still woke up with big smiles this morning. It was a great season, an exciting Super Bowl, and we can't wait to cheer for our teams again next year!

Now, what to do with all the extra time we'll have on Sundays? I guess the dirt in the backyard isn't going to move itself...

Botanical Garden

We drove to the city on Friday to meet Will and his mom Amber at the Botanical Garden in Golden Gate Park. It was a surprisingly beautiful day in the mid-70s, not a cloud in the sky. The ancient magnolias are just starting to blossom - look forward to keeping track of their progress over the next few months!

Finally!

It's been like trying to get a photo of Bigfoot, but we finally got a picture of Jack standing. He's been getting better and better about getting up on his own and taking a few steps, but collapses immediately when we get our cameras out.
