Jack Meets Ben

Jack and Ben were born on the same day just down the street from each other. Today was the first step towards them becoming close friends like their mommas.

We went for a walk up around Union Square and despite the rain, Jackson was very well behaved. He was pretty hungry (and a little fussy!) by the time we got home, but I thought the sweatsuit was too cute not to capture.

Jackson's first sojourn in the stroller! We walked a few blocks to get some lunch at Durso Italian Delicatessen. He behaved very well in the stroller, but got a little fussy in the deli.

Most of the pics come right from the phone, so we can upload to the blog pretty much instantly. Videos need to go through a laptop, so they take a little longer to get on blog. I finally connected our point-and-shoot to the laptop, and wanted to share this video of Jackson's first few moments of life (Stef hadn't even seen him yet at this point).

As you can see, there is a real sharp uptick in people reading this since January 27. I'll try not to read too much into how boring everyone thought I was before the baby, but thanks to everyone for being interested. It's great to know so many people care about the little guy without even meeting him.
